Shipping policy

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DPD on a tracked service.

We ship orders Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England). 

Wherever possible, orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day, although occasionally we may be unable to do so, in which case we will ship your order as soon as we possibly can. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is shipped - please check your spam folder before contacting us, if you don't receive it.
